The aim is young people learn to respect the environment in all ways, to protect nature and also to change their habits with more eco-friendly ones. It’s time to leave their screens (phones, laptops, tvs,…) and go out to explore the world. So, I strongly believe that ECOCULT can give this to the community.
Eco and vegan clothes and accessories- I am going to sell all kinds of clothes and accessories- t-shirts, pants, jackets, swimwears, bags, socks, towels, beanies, bottles, etc. Everything will have an eco or vegan certificate, not only for their materials but also for the way they are produced.
Transport is the second world greenhouse gases producer. Driven by calendar pressure of the successive collections, lots of businesses choose ultra-fast modes of transportation, but also “ultra-polluting”. A plane generates 125 times more carbon emissions than one individual car, and 1500 times more than a train. I want to move away from this fast fashion model and I prefer to focus on greener modes of transport. So, for the abroad imports I will prefer the boat for faraway destinations. I also rely heavily on the train, the greenest mode of transport available at the moment. I might use air transport in cases of extreme necessity. For the other products that will be made in Greece, I will use my car as a transportation method for short distances and courier companies for more far away distances. As for the delivery of the products to the final customers, I will use my car or the cars of my collaborators as a transportation method for short distances and courier companies for more far away distances.
Tickets for mountain trips- I am going to organise mountain trips every weekend for young people and I will take a commision for it. The cost will be low because we will sleep in tents and we will cook everything alone in a fire. We will use the most of what nature gives us to the fullest. Also the program of the trips will have activities such as climbing, hiking, mountaineering, rafting, etc.
